Pros
Spear has an engaging culture. Definitely a work hard play hard collegial environment. Co-workers are pretty chill, and willing to help. No big company politics, everyone chips in to get the job done. Plus the company is working on some cool technologies to save lives, which is exciting.
Cons
The project time line is tight, which can lead to pressure. On the flip side, the people around you, including managers, are eager to help. Finger pointing is rare. Most time people here tend to collaborate together.
