Specs is a great place to work. They pay well, have flexible scheduling, offer fairly mediocre health insurance, and give opportunity for incentive pay. It is generally laid back and understanding...with the right management.

Cons

Some locations of Specs will literally rip your soul in half, so be wary of the management. They will take any complaints as law and reprimand you even if you have a disability that explains the complaint.
