Pros

A mission-driven organization with a positive and engaging workplace culture. Team members are given opportunities to contribute, communicate openly, and work toward goals that have a tangible impact. The overall employee value proposition is strengthened by solid compensation and benefits offerings.

Cons

The workplace offers flexibility in theory, but operational realities can make it difficult for employees to step away completely when out of office. Resource constraints within some teams may contribute to after-hours communication and heavier workloads. The overall environment is results-oriented, which can at times create pressure throughout different levels of leadership.

Pros

Absolutely none. The most toxic environment you can get yourself into.

Cons

The staff are toxic, gossiping, comparing each other who’s better with the help of management who then put you on the spot in front of everyone that you are not doing as well as the others. Not to mention favouritism, they have their pets at the store who monitor your every move and report it to the management… They absolutely don’t care about the quality of the checks and your clinical skills or knowledge, it’s all about the numbers and always have been for this company. So if you want to feel like you are in Mac Donald’s and test 20+ people per day, go to Specsavers! You will never receive any support in such high volume clinics but only continuous “you can do better “ advice from the management “and then you can get bonus”.
