Wish they were able to do the right thing

Pros

Appreciated the staff and the team work.

Cons

Can’t understand how things went so wrong. The keep loosing their staff and had to sell too many buildings and that is from bad management choices and expanding way too quickly. They keep dropping programs for those with mental illness that patients need. It’s really sad to see what was a good company turn into this horrible mess.

Working with clients and flexibility.

Cons

No pay increase, high turnover, no warning when they let people go. Will let people go without cause. Management is therapist that have no experience with care management. Executive do not value staff that are in the field. They reward bad staff that do not do their jobs. QM seems like they do not know what they are doing and often inaccurate with payer requirements.
