Pros

The company offers a competitive benefits package, including valuable education assistance. If your primary goal is to earn a degree, this can be a worthwhile option. However, it's advisable to enroll in an accelerated program, such as those offered by WGU, so you can complete your education efficiently and reduce the amount of time spent in the this environment.

Cons

The work environment is deeply toxic. Leadership displays a striking lack of empathy, with a culture driven by ego and indifference. Employees are treated as replaceable numbers rather than people. Taking legitimate sick leave—even within policy—results in accusatory and demoralizing responses from HR. Communication is condescending, and micromanagement is excessive. The overall atmosphere is dehumanizing and demoralizing. This is not a place that values respect, well-being, or basic professionalism.
