Pros

It’s good money , good incentives , great benefits able to flex if you need time off and make it up not a good work life balance a lot of mandatory overtime

Cons

Micromanaging, scolded for not hitting sales goals, unprofessional supervisors and management hard to move up

Pros

I think 21.00 hourly and the training the good. They have fun events each week and food trucks everyday

Cons

You need to be okay with taking the same calls everyday. It can get boring especially if you aren’t allowed to have your phone.l out. Bring books and projects to keep you busy. You also need to have perfect attendance. Coming late to work, breaks and lunch are the biggest reasons people get fired. And stay out of work place drama. It’s there no matter where you work so, mind your business, work hard and go home. If you work outside of the footprint, you don’t get free cable, or internet. You can get free streaming service but that’s about it.
