Pros

They are very accommodating when it is needed. The managers help at all times, when you are in need. Pay is great! They pay for your school for a career in their work.

Staring at a screen all day, sit most of the time

Pros

They train their employees well. Great health, dental, vision coverage plus discounted telecom services for employees. Good for people that want their first real job.

Cons

Compensation is not nearly enough to support all the ask and high expectations. Goals and metrics are unrealistic and generally only 10% of supervisors can hit. Not because they worked harder, they just got randomized a more senior crew and were routed more prospects to work with. Not a lot of positions open to get promoted to. Growth ceiling within each department feels very capped. I foresee challenging times in the near future for spectrum.
