There is ample opportunity to assist customers. The pay is competitive for what is required and in comparison to other CSR roles in other sectors.

Cons

There doesn't seem to be a real pipeline for growth.

Pros

Spectrum can be a promising company if it applies current day strategies to its practices (working remote, having diversity within its teams, end-of-year bonuses, etc)

Cons

As previously mentioned, Spectrum hinders its growth due to not applying up-to-date strategies and instead choosing traditional business methods. Having a "suck it up" mentality towards complaints ruins company morale and hinders those who wish to further within the business. More so as "word of mouth" is a thing, future applicants will resist applying for positions due to the bad reputation presented from current/former employees.
