It's a grind

Pros

Your co-workers really make you feel like you are in a community that wants you to succeed. The benefits are top notch, health insurance alone is a reason to stick around a while

Cons

The CRM is very messy and unorganized. It is very difficult to see if something mark your account is actually your account. Furthermore, the processes to complete a contract seems to have many roadblocks which keeps you from closing in a timely manner. I feel like upper management does not trust managers on the ground level to allow them to run their teams effectively. EVERYTHING you need (even the small stuff, like moving an account into your name, must be submitted to the top to review, leaving your manager uninvolved.

Can be rigid

Pros

You will meet some kind, and smart people. Good pay, the gym is amazing, the office is nice. On occasion there's some fun events.

Cons

Rigid company culture, overall people seemed anxious and worried about their jobs. There's been a few rounds of layoffs over the last year. The higher up you are the less time you'll likely spend with your family. Building is very hot in some areas and freezing in others.

Pros

- Free home internet if you have Spectrum (they are my only option at my house) - Half off phone - Tuition Assist - Really solid insurance

Cons

- Store Manager can be horrible to deal with - Unrealistic goals with horrible commission structure - Schedule is random and can change on a dime depending on call outs esp if you work in a smaller store.
