Pros
The Pay is great, as an agent the job is high pressure, but trusting your supervisor is key to being successful and making money. As a Supervisor, the job itself is not hard and the pay is great. And what’s better than free internet and cable services, not to mention all the apps that are included with the services.
Cons
As an agent, the attendance policy could use an update and depending on your supervisor the micromanaging can be intense. As a Supervisor the pressures from the managers, the Director, the VP and ESPECIALLY his boss, are awful. There are so many minuscule tasks that you have to do daily, and as much as they preach performance is top priority, if you miss even ONE of those little tasks because you were coaching your agents, it a threaten of a write up.
