      -you receive all benefits from the first day you’re hired -Paid Time Off, Sick Days, Personal Days, Vacation Time -Excellent Healthcare and Vision for a low price -Work From Home Option for Good Performance -The path for promotion is actually shockingly straightforward

      -Stressful and burnout is real -Expect maybe 50-100 calls a day depending on business -Customers are calling angry. Your patience will be tested from the time you clock in until you clock out -You’re monitored your entire shift. Bathroom breaks, Water, Coffee, they know it all from your computer. Think the worst Amazon warehouse stories. Yes, you can get in trouble for that personal time

      The benefits are great, and there is strong earning potential if you’re confident and self-motivated. It’s also a good opportunity for people who enjoy independent, door-to-door sales work.

      Cons

      This is a true door-knocking position, and you have to be confident to succeed. Support can be inconsistent, some supervisors are helpful, while others expect everything done strictly their way, which makes the job challenging if you need more guidance. The hours are long (11 AM to 8 PM), and during winter you’re still expected to knock in complete darkness, even though most people won’t open their door at night. This affects both safety and productivity.
