Too much over the shoulder watching at the end. Sedgewick is a joke.

Working at Spectrum can be difficult due to the nature of your work as a billing representative. However, the company morals, dynamic, and communication problems make it harder. Often drastic changes/ events would happen and representatives would not be provided information and local leadership would not have the information for days either. We had to actively assist calls and almost "make up" things frequently until we had the information we needed. While they offer local meetings yearly to bring up work issues, typically all they change are the easy, tangible things (like more healthy snacks, more celebratory days to get food in the breakroom, etc). Also as time went on the "anonymous" employee satisfaction survey seemed much less anonymous; pressure was put on local leadership for employees to answer the questions regarding the company positively. Another issue, employees cannot work out scheduling issues with local management because they do not have the power to give you time off. And from close employees' experience, they offer leave, but they make it very difficult to go through the process.
