Horrible company to work for

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Lots of job opportunities if you want to live in Denver, CO or Stamford, CT but you can never work from home.

Cons

Micro managed by Leadership. They talk about the Charter Model, but it is really a 1980's management team. The model drives up cost and makes it impossible to accomplish anything.

Pros

Benefits are now competitive since the Time Warner purchase.

Cons

Talent and HR are more interested in playing office politics then delivering results. I found the talent team lazy and inept. They spend more time attacking each other then the do delivering results.

Pros

Good billing rates, a few good architects (mostly TWC and BHN), good product team that gets less support from other 200 divisions

Cons

They bought two companies with better systems and processes and have actively tried to break them instead of using them to improve their product..
