Pros

Good benefits, decent introductory pay, yearly raises, fifteen minute breaks, set schedule, no shift bids, four extra float days annually, 8 holidays paid

Cons

No assigned seating, easily replaced, limited resources if struggling to meet metrics, split days off, undervalued employees, should have daycare resources considering start time is 5 am (just available centers). Change supervisors without warning, some supervisors are never there, moving up is rarely offered, vacation time is used as sick time (whether FMLA or not).

Pros

Good start pay and you do have a start schedule if you are good at the job.

Cons

They don't care about you. You put up numbers for them and they give a pat on the back. Attendance policy is also jacked.
