Pros

Please do not join this company just looking at 8 hours shift, its not worth it.

Cons

1).This is a place where directors & managers rule over you. 2).People who are smart will be fired or sidetracked without any legitimate reason. 3).HR plays smart on policies just like an obedient pawn on political board. 4).Training's & 2 weeks US trip is a conditional based policy , just to hold off the employees, till the time you are working like hell no one cares, but the moment you have an offer, A sweet 2 weeks US trip will be presented in front you.I don't know why they don't understand employees worth. 5).No job security.Fire good people & than keep looking for more through continuous interview drives for months, what a waste of time!

Pros

Eight hours of shift including breaks.. other than that I dont think so that there is any ...

Cons

Well, there are many ... few of them highlighted below: 1. Huge deduction in the salary 2. Not a good pay master 3. Egostic Management, not ready to accept where they are lack 4. Company is just like jumping jack, hard to decide who is the parent of this one - TWC, Charter or Spectrum 5. Cheap Product portfolio and lack of knowledge 6. Lack ages in terms of market 7. Worst transport I ever came across 8. HR- No words to describe them, inefficient and paralyzed. Fail to align goals with the busniess, pathetic employee engagement & no succession planning. Retention is not their forte and belives in replacement of talent with cheap resources 9. Hiring and firing strategy -quick (mostly because of operational issues) 10. Performance Appraisals- not upto the mark 11. Lack of leadership throughout their management 12. Two offices -unmatched infrastructure and facilities 13. Love zone for couples, you get lot of masala stories to hear in & out

Forcing people to go to office during pandemic

Pros

Some great people. They pay well. Decent benefits.

Cons

The company clearly does not care about the safety and well-being of its employees. Everyone forced to go to office during pandemic when many jobs can easily be done from home. Told we are more effective in the office. I would argue I am not given that I am distracted and experiencing anxiety because I am forced to put myself and family at risk, unnecessarily. Domestic travel is business as usual unless it’s to go to a gathering of 50 plus people. Morale low and people are angry. Not one exec has walked the office to see how people are doing during this stressful time.

We appreciate your concerns as we work together during these unprecedented times. As a FEMA Community Lifeline sector, with services are essential to hospitals, emergency first responders, government facilities, the news media and our communities, we help them to stay connected, flatten the curve and protect the country. Delivering these vital communications while supporting employees is our top priority. We recently made a number of changes to our operations that will help employees better manage through this challenge, including an additional 15 days of PTO to be used for COVID-19 related needs, increased social distancing plans in our call centers and operations facilities, and a remote option for employees whose jobs allow them to work from home while still providing critical services. We thank you for continuing to support our customers and communities and ensure they remain connected and safe.
