      Pros

      None. Company need clients for Pros. They have no big clients left. Sad to see employees suffering. They have no clue what to do.

      Cons

      Everything. No one is happy at this organisation starting from a Trainee to a Director. People are getting fired left right and centre.Lack of Vision in the leadership. No clients left to support the organisation.

      Pros

      Good 401k . We all work together to over come obstacles when people drop the ball on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Everyone seem to be hiring buddies that did not cut it at other company's aka cable Vision. The claims they are bringing 10k jobs to the US. Did they mention that they let go of 20k out the back door very quietly. There is no stability ,future, and the CEO is trash he gets paid so much that's why all of us are loosing our jobs and careers to make room for scum bags like him. Let the company burn so someone else that has pride and dignity clean up the pieces. I USED TO BE A PROUD EMPLOYEE AND WOULD HAVE GIVEN EVERYTHING FOR THIS PLACE. now days we are just wondering if tommorrow would be our last days never thought I say it but now half of us are just praying to be fired. Not proud to work for this place never thought it would come to this

      This company hears you. This is the best part here. I am here for real long time. If I can sum up my experience here. It is awesome. Let me get some things absolutely right. My current salary is more than double of what I got when I joined here. I got 3 level promotions. I got great chances to lead from the front. I acquired 4-5 new technology verticals. Company helped me to get my feet rooted in cloud practice. I can be here as long as I wish. There is no insecurity of any kind anywhere. Company has open culture. Nobody sits on your head and does micro management. You are free to design your day and career as you wish. There is lot of movement around internal job migrations. If you acquired new skills and wish to get to other team. Approach right people, they will facilitate for you. Appraisal cycles are good and well planned. Company has very mature HR practice and experienced members to help you. They are friendly and warm. HR has established trust and respct. Transport system is well suited to your needs. It works round the clock. The helpline is always available 24/7. Cafeteria is well stocked. The breakfast and night food is free. It comes from a well established brand. There are tie-ups with food vendors. There are food festivals. Projects are good and stable. Lots of fresh talent is hired and trained.

      Not much of it there. It all seems good.
