Pros

Well the money was fair, benefits very good overall. The hours are what they are, you know about a week after class starts. They did their best to make you comfortable while you work.

Cons

It was fun being back in grade school at middle age. The matrix they use to judge you are totally out of line with reality. The day to day micromanagement was more then I thought was reasonable or willing to handle after awhile. The hours are a crap shoot at best and the chances of getting better hours and days off are a true gamble.

Pros

Very competent work force to be around. Well connected departments. Great health benefits.

Cons

Specifically in the the public access department, career advancement is just about non-existent.
