Pros

Upper management seems to finally have the execution and vision needed for the company to make the next step. Advancements are available to all who have a good work ethic. Good benefits.

Cons

Annoying issue with back-stabbing that was always there my seven years. The typical stab would be to email someone with a complaint and cc their manager without first letting the person respond. While that action would bring resolution to the issue it would tear down peer relationships and fostered one-up-manship. Happened all the time. Lack of training.

They work well with employees and their families. There is always room to grow and improve within Charter Communications, the employers work well to help you achieve your goals

Cons

Hard to advance in the career beyond supervision. You may be expected to work on-call and that can require late nights. There is a lot of downsizing involved with Charter Communications.
