It's a call center, so angry customers calling in. You'll be pressured to sell, so you need to have thick skin because customers will get angry at you for trying to upsell. They will always have something to "coach" you on in order to sell more mobile lines They will tell you mandatory OT happens once in a blue moon, but it is scheduled pretty often for new hires. Be prepared for that
