Pros

The pay is fairly competitive, and the benefits are good. I really enjoy working with my immediate team and find the projects engaging and fulfilling.

Cons

In recent years, there has been a noticeable cultural shift, likely following the change in CEO and executives. The organization has transitioned from a Fail Fast to a Fail Safe development approach, adopting a waterfall-style process characterized by numerous meetings and lengthy decision-making periods. Additionally, the company is moving towards a full 5-day in-office schedule, despite increasing the hiring of remote offshore developers. Furthermore, they have yet to develop a strategy for employees to utilize AI tools effectively. Instead of formulating a structured process, there has been an extensive effort to block various AI tools and applications.
