Pros

Benefits are good and that's about it.

Cons

Where does ones start: 1. Zero work life balance. I have worked 20+ Saturdays in the last year and multiple 60+ hr work weeks as a non exempt employee with 0 comp time 2. Lack of leadership and processes which lead to myriad of problems 3. Poor hiring decisions 4. Underpaid by industry standards 5. Its all around terrible

Pros

Very good company overall with lots of room for movement up within any given vertical or laterally within the engineering world. Matching % for 401k, good health insurance, free employee services.

Cons

Currently going through residual pains from TWC/Charter/Brighthouse merger, will take some time for processes and procedures to solidify and be truly functional and streamlined for the employees. Politics reign currently, everyone is trying to justify their own existence sometimes with no real point other than attempting to create a self fulfilling prophecy however; this is to be expected overall given the current state. Must be able to adapt quickly and deal with politics even in technical roles until things finally calm down and begin to get better.
