There are some nice coworkers.

Cons

Very unfair employee treatment, favoritism. Very understaffed, About 1/5th of full-time and part-time people from when I started, trying to do the same volume of work. Very long hours, hard to get time off. High turnover rate. New people often quit as soon as they found out how the job was, because Spee-Dee is very deceptive when telling people about the job they are applying for.

Cons

Management unresponsive and want to argue about everything, most vehicles are old and poorly maintained, stuck in old ways, no automation, high turnover, will not accommodate physical disabilities never see or hear upper management.
