Pros

* interesting product * good sallary

Cons

The company has absolutely no trust in its employees and has a manic desire to monitor them. Your managers will expect a detailed report accounting for every minute of your time (literally every minute), describing what you were doing. You will also have to indicate which hours were spent improving the service and which were unproductive. Management claims that this supposedly helps them manage the process better and “support” you, but in reality your reports will be reviewed by a manager whose only technical experience is setting up printers. Submitting these reports is mandatory, and how much you get paid will depend on them.

Pros

Remote working space with fairly flexible timings. The product is well-developed and has a substantial user base. If you’re on the client side (and fortunate enough to receive quality work), you can experience the satisfaction of seeing many users engaging with your app. For backend roles, only certain teams and members have access to more meaningful and engaging work.

Cons

I worked at this company for over a year, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The work environment was highly political, making it feel like you had to constantly play games just to accomplish even basic tasks or see any progress in your career. Success seemed to depend more on who you knew and how well you navigated the office politics rather than the actual quality of your work. The work itself wasn’t challenging for most (except few members) and feels monotonous. Additionally, the lack of job security was alarming. I witnessed many long-term employees, who had been loyal to the company for years, being fired without any notice. It felt like their hard work and dedication didn’t matter if they made even a minor mistake or if their ‘relationship’ with management didn’t pan out. The culture seemed to promote those who knew how to kiss up to management, while those who focused on doing their jobs well were often overlooked. The teams don't work in a lean fashion and lacked clear direction, which only added to the overall frustration. After over a year of dealing with these issues, I decided to leave because I was completely fed up. Overall, if you value a fair, challenging, and secure work environment, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
