Leaders do not micromanage employees. They will let you know what should be accomplished and let you think about strategies that you would like to apply. Speechify also guarantees fully-remote work setup forever. :D

Cons

Maybe the company can organize activities where local team members in each countries can meet up at least annually. This will definitely help in having a harmony the team. Benefits such as medical/health insurance will be great too.

NONE. ( Adding words here because I need to add 5 words to the Pros list)

Cons

No device, no compensations, no work ethics, no ORG, no HR, no process, no training. They have no idea of what they are doing. A bunch of men who think they can fire whoever whenever. I would bet my life that would be able to handle 10 tickets per day with their knowledge but will expect you to close 100 tickets per day. They fired me the minute I questioned them lol. Will expect you to work on weekends and out of shift with no extra pay. Will illtreat you like you are not human. Rude and arrogant management with no knowledge. Will fire you if you question anything. The worst. THE WORST company ever.
