Company is working completely remotely and it's a great advantage. There are many skilled people to learn from. Great work life balance, no unnecessary calls.

- Smartest people I've ever worked with - You get as much responsibility as you are able to take, flat organization, easy to grow in the company - Big positive impact on world. Reading user reviews is inspiring. Glad to tell my family what I do.

Cons

- Remote first gives a lot of freedom. Would enjoy seeing people in person though. A lot of async communication (Good & Bad).

None that I can think of. I've had the opportunity to work with different employers in the past, but Speechify is where I truly see myself thriving and staying for the long run.
