Pros

Been here for almost 3yrs now. Loving it so far. Open communication and work schedule is super flexible. Everyone in the team/company is really helpful to make sure things are done.

Cons

None that I can think of. There could be some could-be-betters since we're still a start-up, but definitely still grateful for this company.

The company is on a mission and it has great growth opportunities within. Fully remote work, no micro management and easy communication... so I think if you are doing good work, this is the place to be.

Cons

Fully remote might sometime mean long stearks of work without much human interaction, that could be burning out.

Creating a product that is impacting the daily lives of millions of users, including myself. I'm given the autonomy to work on projects that I'm passionate about, and the leadership team is very open to ideas, suggestions, and making changes. Speechify offers the opportunity to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. Love the fully remote nature of the role, and have flexible work hours.
