- interesting product and projects - good team and responsive manager - not bad compensation - a vibe of a small company/startup - CEO is very proactive and loves what the company does, gives a lot of energy back

Cons

- lack of transparency at some points - quite demanding environment at some points - while CEO gives a lot of energy back, it may sound a bit too naive at some points

Leaders do not micromanage employees. They will let you know what should be accomplished and let you think about strategies that you would like to apply. Speechify also guarantees fully-remote work setup forever. :D

Cons

Maybe the company can organize activities where local team members in each countries can meet up at least annually. This will definitely help in having a harmony the team. Benefits such as medical/health insurance will be great too.
