Pros

Leadership team was amazing, very motivating and helpful. They are a "people first" company that "leads with love" and I definitely got that vibe. Such an awesome learning opportunity. They typically promote from within if well deserved, which was super motivating.

Cons

Can be difficult working with teams fully remote, but they did offer in-person options if willing to temporarily relocate to whatever city they were in (London, Miami, New York).

Oh, fantastic! So now we're "remote first," but it looks like we're gradually shifting towards being more focused on India. And don't forget our amazing colleagues, though unfortunately, the majority of them have already abandoned us.

Cons

Oh, how delightful! Our founder and COO appear to be quite immature, as evidenced by their deliberate lack of transparency in all aspects of the business, including but not limited to, technology, funding, employees, and future plans.
