      Pros

      One of the best teams I've worked with. Really smart, hardworking, and helpful people around you. The working time is quite flexible to accommodate your work-life balance. Another great advantage is that you are fully remote which again contributes to the work-life balance that allows you to not spend time commuting and work from any country you wish. You can learn a lot from the product development side and how your engineering work impacts the business. And also if you follow the Leadership principles you will improve your soft skills a lot, Moreover you have people to learn from who always share their experience and advice.

      Cons

      It would be great to have more vacation days, public holidays, or sick leaves.

      Pros

      The managers and bosses are great! They commend us when doing well, nudge us when something needs to be improved, and are 'always there' despite having the remote setup. I love working here. ❤️

      Cons

      I know the leadership team is still ironing things out but we'd also love to receive a bonus at the end of the year and an HMO for non-US employees like me.
