It is such a joy to work at Speechify. The core value of "leading with love" is very true. You feel this from the top with Cliff, Tyler Weitzman Head of AI and Simeon head of engineering and other leaders in the company. The human capital in this company is one of a kind. On one hand the people are truly nice and care about each other and on the other hand the technical excellence of the team is obvious. It is also very exciting to be working in a company that really cares about changing the world into a better place and is on the cutting edge of AI Audio technology at the same time.

Cons

It is sometimes lonely working remotely but because the company has always been remote the work culture really makes up for that.

Great remote-first culture, flexible work schedule as long as you are getting things done. Product is good, and work is challenging.

Cons

Tries to move too fast at times, compromising on either quality or work-life balance - though mostly the latter. The flexibility of being remote does help though.
