I come with an overall 10 years + work experience and by far SWZD has been one of the top companies i worked with for almost 2.5 years. They are more inclined towards the new age work culture and are really employee focused, The HR team makes sure that each employee is taken care well and the overall management works with a very cool and professional attitude. Though i got laid off due to the current market situation for the region that i was working for i would still highly recommend anyone to work here if you are lucky enough to get an opportunity. The best part i loved about working here was that you can work from anywhere provided that you are diligent to your job role and complete your task every day.
