      Pros

      At Spiceworks, you get a chance to work with people who love their jobs and look out for each other. Everyone is respectful and sensible. The amount of transparency from management is on the high end of the scale.

      Cons

      Before getting hired, don't reveal what you were making in your last job, because you won't get an offer for a higher amount.

      Pros

      I'm surrounded every day by brilliant, passionate, creative people who genuinely love coming to work to make a a great product. Breakfast Taco Mondays, Bagel Fridays, gym, beautiful balcony, beer fridge, free coffee, etc. etc. etc. don't hurt either...

      Cons

      The company is growing a ton, so though I haven't been here long I can see a bit of growing pains in terms of changing software/programs/systems, and that is amplified because its in the ever-changing IT space.

      -Great work environment with supportive and informed management -C levels actively working to continue great culture as the company grows -Peers all very helpful and positive -Breakfast Mondays and Fridays, food trucks most days for lunch

      Cons

      -Still some questions left unanswered for new hires about resources and who does what
