Fantastic group of people to work with / great culture. Strong emphasis on ownership and following through on your ideas / initiatives.

Cons

Management can be a bit too "Rah-rah" and overly positive about things when something isn't working out as planned.

Lots of awesome people to work with. Very flexible, they want you to learn and are willing to put you where you want to work.

Cons

Definitely some growing pains going on, and the recent layoffs are a symptom of that.
