      Pros

      I didn't think it was possible to work somewhere where EVERYONE was lovely, but I've truly found it. You can ask ten thousand questions and that's ok! Get a lot of free lunches, very good food too. When it's your birthday they order you tiff's treats (cookies!). Incredible managers who will help anyway they can, and a company culture that is so positive. Interviewed at a couple different places in Austin and this was by far the best.

      Cons

      Wish it was located downtown, but that's my fault for not choosing to live close to my job.

      Pros

      I can honestly say I love my job and coming to work every day. It's tough and challenging. It's a place I get to grow and build and contribute. The team I get to work with is top notch. My coworkers and leadership team continually impress and inspire me. You can't get that at too many places;)

      Cons

      We are growing fast so keeping up with all the new faces can be challenging. Not necessarily a con, but something to work at!

      Spiceworks is a place where employees are encouraged to innovate and grow. The leadership team fosters an environment that is hard-working and fun. Its a company full of passionate people who own their successes and failures. Learning and innovating is paramount in everything we do.

      Cons

      Growing pains - when a company grows as fast as Spiceworks does there are growing pains and changes that happen.
