Senior Leadership is involved and open to hearing ideas from everyone on the team. Sales Leadership is the best I have ever worked with. They understand the market, buying cycles, and are always open to different opinions. The Marketing team is strong and includes a great group of BDR's that generate leads. The Product team does an amazing job of prioritizing what is important for the market. HR/IT provide support from day 1 and are always looking to make Spiff better for all employees. The onboarding program enables you to hit the ground running. Client Success/Implementation works to exceed customer expectations on every deal. Not your typical startup company. The environment is very fast paced and is not for everyone.

- My boss is extremely attentive to my needs and my career goals, and we have regular one on ones to cover anything that is on my mind. I would bet other teams are similar. - The company culture as a whole is extremely amicable, everyone will give you the time of day and help if they can. - The leadership shares their vision with the company, so that you can understand what Spiff is and where it's going.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that there are a ton of different pieces of software we use, which can be a pain in getting adjusted to.

Pros

After feeling burnt out and used by a few top B2B tech companies. I took this job to escape my former company where 17-hour workdays and actual bullying were commonplace. Spiff could not be more different. The people are incredibly talented. Leadership is empathetic and human. The focus here is on building something great and the entire company operates that way. You will feel appreciated and you will be trusted to do a good job. This is really all I could ask for in a job.

Cons

We currently lack diversity- but as the company grows, I can see there are steps being taken to work on a formal diversity and inclusion program.
