I've been at Spiff for 4 months now and have seen how much potential and spirit the people at this company have. The product solves a real business need and leaders generally trust and give their team the freedom to solve issues as they see best. I have loved working for Spiff so far and collaborating with talented people who are dedicated to making the culture and employee experience the best it can be.

Cons

No major cons besides the typical organizational and economic pains of an early-stage startup.

Spiff's executive leadership is amazing. They have an incredible drive between building an amazing business without compromising ethical standards.

Cons

Startups are hard. Spiff is no exception. Like every company Spiff has areas in which it could improve, both in culture and process. Fortunately the very core of Spiff culture is accepting that we can always improve and do better.
