Pros

The best part about Caseology is that we are rapidly growing. We went from just thirty employees in December 15', to currently over 70 as of May 16'. We've moved every year we've been in business, simply because our warehouse and office space wasn't big enough to house us. We have exciting new partnerships with some big players that will be revealed soon. We're also on par with our growth in revenue, total units sold, and marketshare as well. But I'm not just talking about visibly tangible growth either. This is the hardest working collective of people I have ever been around. And as important as working hard is, we also equally strive to work smart. Don't get me wrong, we definitely make mistakes. But we believe that we learn a lot more from our mistakes than our successes. It is this growth that excites me the most. Everybody gets knocked down from time to time. But when you have the resiliency and determination to get back up like we do, nothing can hold us back.

Cons

There are tons of problems in every department. Fires to put out, holes and leaks to plug. But at least here, everyone is encouraged to address these problems regardless of status or position. Everyone has a voice. Bring value and you will be rewarded. Admittedly, Caseology isn't an ideal environment for everyone. As a pretty flatly structured company, many people will not be accustomed to the drive and initiative required to excel here. But for those that have that initiative, there is unlimited growth potential. As a dedicated person, I appreciate that.

Thanks for your review! I apologize it took us awhile to respond to your review, but we are glad that you fundamentally understand the quirks we are going through. Our strength is in our adaptability and we've grown this fast because of it. You are absolutely correct in that the drive required to excel here is not for everyone. But we are also a company that believes that no one should get left behind. Unfortunately, some people had to leave because they realized they couldn't cruise along and expect others to complete their work.

Pros

Free Amenities such as drinks and lunches are true. Great people.

Cons

Management is selfish, and quick to blame others for their own mistakes. They may show to be nice and have great company culture but are quick to fire/layoff any employee that they do not like without any prior notice. It is not a place that one can expect to stay long due to unexpected management decisions where employment can be terminated unreasonably. It really is a shame since there are a lot of amazing, kind-hearted, and honest people working there.

I am sorry that you felt this way and that you had to leave our company. At the time you were working for us, we were still a startup company with lots of room for improvement. We were still in the process of creating our team and trying to determine who is the best fit for our company. However, ever since as our company grew, we’ve implemented better hiring, onboarding, and offboarding practices. As you’ve mentioned, at Caseology, we pride ourselves in our amazing team that continues to help us grow. Pros

Great benefits, but only applies to full-time workers. Family-like environment with a lot of activities. Lunch provided with monthly team dinners. Dinner also provided for overtime workers.

Cons

Very conservative culture. Lacks team structure. Low pay. Lacks professionalism.
