Pros

Spigen has great, unique benefits such as free lunch, Spigen Day (shorter work day on Fridays), up to 6% 401K match, education assistance programs, and more. The office building itself is a great pleasant work environment especially because the People & Operations team work hard to ensure its cleanliness. Also, the office itself is still pretty new and has aesthetic meeting rooms, common areas, and the office layout is great. There are growth opportunities and one of the benefits include Education Assistance. The lunch the company provides is free and delicious! Also, the 90-minute lunch is another great benefit. Most importantly, the people at Spigen make it pleasant to work here and you get quickly assimilated into your team.

Cons

It may be difficult if you are not Korean or Korean-American, but this depends on your team.
