Pros

Great management that focuses early on setting new Sales Consultants and other hires up for success. Great culture between employees; everyone helps everyone out. Pay can be lucrative for motivated individuals

Cons

Long hours and lots of things that can slip through the cracks leading to stress. Tough to keep a social life when you have to work every weekend

Pros

There's nothing but team work in the entire St. Marys Spitzer locations. Not only is the job fun, its rewarding. From management/sales, to the garage, bdc, service we all get along. By far my favorite place Ive ever worked. And, theres always jobs to move to within the dealership and places to advance. Kudos to our management team for doing such a great job

Cons

Only con are the hours. The days are very long at times. We start a little later and sometimes customers stay past closing hours. But, management works very hard to try to make sure we all have time with our loved ones as well.
