I've been at Sploot over two years and there's been a lot of exciting growth! The medical team gets to truly focus on medicine while the 'behind the scenes' teams handle all the other business items. Sploot truly believes in promoting from within and has a genuine focus on maintaining a fantastic culture.

Cons

Sploot is a new and growing company and not afraid to try new things. If change is hard for you, you'll be challenged in the environment.

Pros

Free food each week, most of the medical team and veterinarians were kind to me. Glad I left over a year ago.

Cons

Terrible management, company just wants money, micromanaging to an extreme level, work-life balance is a hoax for ppx and ppx senior associates, force you to stay at the desk during your lunch if you’re by yourself, having to drive to multiple different clinics (some 30+ minutes away from you), bizops will get on you if you pause the endless amount of phone calls to write something or go to the restroom without announcing it in slack. Head of bizops and ppx never worked a day as ppx but acts better than them. Not well organized.
