Clinics look clean and nice

Cons

Disorganized onboarding from the start of meeting talent Acquisition to staff and first day. No continuous training, sporadic. Had one surgery day training and was not explained properly any surgery anesthesia protocols. People seem to go through the motions and doesn't feel like they are making sure staff are actually learning things to make them a better team or employee.

management does a really good job at making sure our schedules don't get too hectic, keeps a clear line of communication during business hours. everyone is very welcoming and friendly

Cons

all of the different apps we use can sometimes get confusing to juggle vet spire is sometimes hard to work with

beautiful facilities, great clients, and great locations.

Cons

They make big promises in the interview process and will say anything/lie to get people to sign on. They are extremely understaffed because they have made a lot of bad changes and have expanded way too quickly. They try to run a vet clinic like a business corporation and it doesn’t work. They also take on ER cases that they don't have the equipment to handle.
