Everyone has a sense of management being unreliable and untrustworthy. They want employees to bow down to them. Employees are scared to stand up for themselves out of fear. Unhealthy environment.

Cons

Management takes advantage of each department and will hire anyone with out previous experience or knowledge of the field. Male run business that doesn't take into consideration of their employees' safety.
