Coworkers are great, pay is great, benefits are amazing (free xrays and pet bereavement) and the culture is actually non-toxic and enjoyable.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything aside from clinic-specific parking issues however they are greatly outweighed by everything else.

The pay is good, benefits are good

Cons

- you’re not working at one clinic, you work at all 5 of them, terrible parking at most of them, they don’t recognize your time off it’ll say waiting approval and then you still get scheduled without being denied or approved, favoritism is an issue, if you ask questions they make you feel dumb and give passive aggressive answers, finding shift coverage is a nightmare, close early for holiday parties but stay open till 10 for upcoming holidays, a lot of work more than expected
