Management could use some work - hard to get a hold of them and lack of experience in the field.

Coworkers are great, pay is great, benefits are amazing (free xrays and pet bereavement) and the culture is actually non-toxic and enjoyable.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything aside from clinic-specific parking issues however they are greatly outweighed by everything else.
