Pros

Amazing doctors and coworkers, pay

Cons

Horrific management, no work life balance or room to be a human/make mistakes. Shunned for calling out, harassed on dys off to come in. Basically begged to cover shifts or stay if you try to resign because of their insane turnover rates. BTW - they ask their staff to write these reviews. Don't trust them

Pros

Everything seemed easy re: scheduling staff for enough hours to stay full-time, especially if willing to work in alternate locations

Cons

Training time wasn't well-structured, so was a constant struggle between watching/learning, staying busy with the team, and making time for checklists/skills demonstration... one bad choice might have them just starting over with someone new

Pros

Love my team — the people, the energy, and the support we give each other. We have super fun events, plenty of free food, and a genuinely healthy work–life balance. I always feel like my manager and the owners truly cares about my well-being, supports my growth, and creates an environment where I can thrive.

Cons

Working in a veterinary clinic naturally comes with its own set of pros and cons. You truly get to be part of the organization’s growth, which is exciting, but you also experience some of the growing pains that come with a fast-paced and evolving environment. The industry itself can be challenging — there’s a lot of information, constant movement, and many details to stay on top of. Despite that, the team is consistently focused on improving processes, communication, and support. It’s a place where effort is made to learn, adapt, and make things better for both the staff and the pets we care for.
