      Pros

      I really enjoy how much every member of the team contributes to the success of the company. We’ve had nurses help us improve communication, PPX shape how we interact with clients and our associates DVMs drive real change as it pertains to how our clients access medicine. Additionally, our robust nursing ratios help support our doctors to to their job and do it safely and leads to the team getting on time more often than not.

      Pros

      Sploot is based in Denver and not a corporate owned company. The Co-Founders and CEOs are actively involved locally and truly care for the team and mission of Sploot. I do not feel like "just a number" but am valued and trusted. In 15 years of working, I've never had a better benefits package... the best PTO, health insurance, 401k with match as well as the local culture events! And the best part, my pup has amazing benefits too!

      Cons

      Sploot is a new company so it's fast paced and very open to make changes (which I love but I know isn't for everyone).
