Sploot does a phenomenal job taking care of their employees. Tons of benefits, pet perks, and great 401k matching. I also think they are structured very well compared to a lot of other companies out there. Have already referred several people!

Cons

We don't have routine surgery days, which would be nice, but management does a great job taking care of last-minute schedule adjustments and accommodations.

Pros

The work life balance and schedule flexibility is unmatched. I get to see a lot of interesting and varied cases, and perform gold standard medicine and surgery. The support staff is caring, knowledgeable, and works very well as a team. Management is happy to listen and provide open communication.

Cons

Sploot is a relatively new company, and sometimes during their growth they will try something that doesn’t work well, but they always listen to feedback and work to improve things.
