      Pros

      Global rest days, $500 each quarter to spend on... Almost anything you want, cellphone and internet bill reimbursement, professional development, bonuses, free dental and vision coverage, 10 therapy sessions & 10 counseling sessions.... I mean the list goes on!

      Cons

      Sometimes we run like a start up. The company is growing so fast! I'm just happy to be along for the ride.

      Great Potential Mired in Ineffective Leadership

      Pros

      Good Pay. Good Teammates. Would love to give higher rating but got unceremoniously laid off.

      Cons

      Ineffective Leadership. Too much politics. Laid off a good number of good people while they are continuing to hire outside people. If you have a job my advice would be to pass, If you don't have one take it. You might have a good experience but I wouldn't get too comfortable.
