- Limited career mobility - Constant changes (especially since being acquired by Cisco) - Uncertainty around staff retention as departments are integrated with what exists at Cisco - Marketing executive leadership regularly puts out what our strategic objectives are but seems to be disconnect between that and actually prioritizing the projects in pipeline accordingly. Which results in too much campaign work all happening at once.

Ppl are checked out, ppl across the org are half in, half out right now which is hurting productivity to produce meaningful revenue, favoritism, politics, CYA agendas.. sad to see such a decline in the Splunk culture.
