      Great product; really groundbreaking technology

      Cons

      Female President, Worldwide Field Operations who wants to be surrounded by man so no diversity in a workplace at all; just look at the president's club last year. Absolute boys club; no interest in even hearing people out; absolutely closed door policy.........can never reach out to anyone beyond your immediate manager. "Very Old School Corporate Attitude Soul in a Young Attire". Wouldnt recommend any of my friends to work there unless you are an engineer who does want to work on the amazing product.

      Be careful who you work for...

      Pros

      The company is great to work for and the offer some great software and solution packages. The majority of the people I worked with are great and very smart people. Great compensation and benefits do the Sales positions. An active company where you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Be careful who you work for as you can be screwed very quickly. Trying to hard to make a new software or solution packages while letting the existing one suffer. Who you know matters over experience or turn work habits.
